a. Disorderly market competition show at the competition of price, reputation and human resources.
b.There are not any investment or capital.
c.There isnot any difference from the foreign product on mechnics and control level. We can not know the foreign Control system but it stays the application level.
d. There is not any cooperation both enterprises and develop the market together, such as the enterprise can reduce the capital on purchasing the spare parts if all enterprise can purchase together.

c. There are a few enterprises which have a strong comprehensive strength and able to promote the development of the industry, pay an active role at industry self-regulation.
d. Industry as a whole bad coordination capacity.
